Worst service ever!

Last sept 8 i bought an airpods 2 and after a couple of days i felt that it’s battery was draining fast and so brought it back to sharaf on sept 13 and they said they will call me when its ready. And on sept 22 they called me to pick up my item and as i arrived they gave me the product and i noticed it was really dirty and as i was cleaning it i noticed they gave me the wrong airpods. It wasnt mine and tried to gave it back for them to check and they said they made a mistake and gave me the wrong product. I then demanded for a refund or an exchange for the hassle of the whole thing and the “manager” refused to give me the refund/exchange they just kept saying they are “sorry”. If i hadnt noticed the item wasnt originally mine then i had left with it. Im so frustrated as the “manager” was so arrogant and didn’t want to help with my situation. They ruined my day! Never buying from sharaf ever again

Absolutely worst customer service I ever had, the Customer Service Attendant at the counter named Rose is so rude.

I purchase mobile 25th May and its still not delivered and your customer service also not updating properly so many times I called shope is closed we will come back to you but you Can deliver by home and there is no reply 17 days finished I paid full amount and I don't have mobile
